Allegro offers an extensive mix of training courses all based on a “teaching and doing” approach.  We encourage training to run concurrent with active projects that represent issues or opportunities to the business.  Training with tangible results is our goal.  We can provide an out of the box program or work with a company to develop a tailored approach.  Allegro’s training process includes significant “in the business” and “on the shop floor” instruction so that students experience real life application of methodologies presented in training.   And the company has improvement projects well underway before the training is even completed.
