 Allegro employs the Six Sigma framework known as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). This problem-solving framework provides a clear, consistent approach for the application of the Six Sigma tools. By following a consistent approach between the various functions of a business, dramatic results can be achieved. Since beginning its Six Sigma transformation in 1995, General Electric, one of the most successful companies implementing Six Sigma, has estimated benefits on the order of $10 billion during the first five years of implementation. Allegro offers training, coaching, and implementation support for Six Sigma programs. Our training programs include Black Belt and Green Belt development, as well as general awareness and leadership training. We also offer Six Sigma training using our unique Fast Forward approach - a blending of instruction with Kaizen to speed both learning and results.
