Rapid change has to begin with leadership. Once a leadership team has a clear strategy, they can drive the organization with consistent interactions and decisions. Unfortunately, leadership teams are not 'born' with alignment on the strategic objectives. We begin by helping the leadership team establish an exciting vision of an ideal future (if it does not have one already). Our goal is to insure that the vision will motivate individuals and mobilize commitment within the organization. Once this is done, we work on refining the strategy to achieve the vision. This strategy should be compelling to customers, and not a carbon copy of your competition. The strategy needs to be within the foreseeable capabilities of the organization, and financially attractive to shareholders. We work with the leadership team to insure this strategy will meet all the criteria for a winning strategy.

Finally, Allegro will help the leadership team establish it own goals based on the strategy. These goals will be tied to the targets of the entire organization through a Balance Scorecard. At this point, the leadership team will be able to harness the power of the whole company, confident in the fact that everyone will be moving in the right direction.
