By combining the power of Kaizen with training, we have created a high energy, high impact method for teaching today's key improvement tools.

Each Fast Forward Training class is a combination of instruction and application. Typically, the class will spend 2 days learning the tools through lecture and simulation. This is then followed with 2 days of application to a real world problem within your own company. The class then concludes with a report to the leadership team outlining what has been learned, what has been done, and how can these improvements be expanded.

Allegro offers the Fast Forward approach for many of our training topics. We have classes introducing the basic tools of Lean and Six Sigma. We also offer more targeted classes around such concepts as Pull Systems, Business Process Redesign, Design of Experiments, etc. We even teach up front design processes such as DFx (Design for x) and QFD (Quality Functional Deployment) in this format.

Obviously, a class of this nature cannot be taught be someone with only a book knowledge of the subject. The Allegro team has years of experience using the tools, insuring your team will make real, measurable improvement while they are learning. People seem to have a hard time measuring the benefits of training - with the Fast Forward programs; you achieve the benefits in class.
